Kerry and hubby back together
BRAVE Kerry Katona kissed and made up with husband Mark Croft yesterday as the pair moved back home together.
They returned to their £1.2million mansion for the first time since armed raiders held Kerry hostage during a break-in last month.
She and Mark put on a brave face yesterday, despite weekend reports saying he had cheated on her and she had kicked him out.
The couple, who wed on Valentine’s Day this year at Gretna Green, were watching a movie at home when the masked gang struck.
Kerry had a blade held to her throat as she clutched her five-month-old baby daughter Heidi.
But as she returned to the house yesterday she declared: “Those yobs won’t destroy my life!”
And a pal said: “It’s been tough but now’s the time to move on with their lives.”
The £150,000 heist caused 26-year-old Kerry such anguish she was forced to check herself into The Priory Clinic to recover from the ordeal.
But yesterday she decided she was mentally prepared to return to the house in Wilmslow, Cheshire, after £75,000-worth of security was put in place.
She arrived back in a convoy of cars with husband Mark, 36, and Heidi, along with a string of minders.
She spent last night getting familiar with her surroundings again.
Her close friend and spokesman Max Clifford, 64, said: “She is a tough girl, and I have always said she will conquer her demons.”
And another family friend added: “This is a massive step for Kerry, because she honestly thought she would not be able to return because of the ordeal she went through.”
The gang have not been caught, but last night her pal said: “Hopefully now she can just get on with her life.”
