William Hill have been running a book on who will compete on I'm A Celebrity 2008 and have now closed the betting on certain 'Celebrities' who look certain to take part. The names that Hills expect to see in the jungle are Esther Rantzan; Robert Kilroy Silk; Abbey Clancy & Chris Eubank.

Hills are still offering odds on a number of other possible contestants including 1/1 that hard core porn star Lindsay Dawn Mckenzie, 118 Bobby Davro, 6/4 Willie Thorne, 3/1 Gary Roads and 10/1 Carol Vorderman.

"Chris Eubank should be great value but we expect Robert Kilroy Silk to be the first person kicked out and I cannot imagine that anyone will put a bet on him winning," said Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.

Jungle stars will go into hotels war

Contestants on the new series of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Of Here! will stay in separate hotels ahead of the new series to cause bitter rivalry, The People can reveal.

The hit ITV1 show, hosted by Ant and Dec, kicks off in the Australian jungle next Sunday with this year's celebs jetting out from London on Tuesday.

Some will be allowed to stay at the five-star £1,000- a-night Palazzo Versace hotel on Australia's Gold Coast while others 'slum it' in neighbouring hotels.

Tv bosses denied they were cutting bills because of the credit crunch and said: "It's to ensure celebs don't see each other."

But insiders say it is to cause rivalry between the stars - rumoured to include TV presenter Dani Behr, ex-Blue member Simon Webbe and That's Life favourite Esther Rantzen.

William Hill are gearing up for the busiest two weeks of the reality TV betting year with I'm A Celebrity, Strictly Come Dancing and the X Factor. Hill are expecting millions to be wagered on I'm A Celeb and have already opened a book making former 'Blue' singer Simon Webbe their 6/1 Favourite.

"I'm a celebrity is massive and the next couple of weeks will be very busy indeed," said Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.

Am almost afraid to believe that Martina will be in there - she's a real legend, and I remember when she first appeared at Wimbledon - in 1973!

I hope we get the live feed this year, I hate it when we just get the edited version nightly at 9pm, we know from watching BB on the live feed to the edited version that is broadcast at 9pm that the people who vote do not get to see the true story...
