Thursday February 4,2010 A TV worker who accused punk legend JOHN LYDON of assault has dropped her lawsuit against the rocker after settling the case out of court.
Production assistant Roxane Davis filed suit against the Sex Pistols star in June 2008, alleging the rocker was violent towards her while she worked on a U.S. reality TV show with him in 2007.
Davis claimed problems with the 54 year old began after he was unhappy with the hotel room she booked for him.
But LAWeekly.com is reporting that Davis reached a deal with Lydon at the end of January (10), with her lawyers filing papers at Los Angeles Superior Court on 28 January (10) to state the case has been resolved.
Details of the agreement were not released, according to the website.
