Gaunt: Nicola McLean looked remarkably slim during a night out with friends in London last night compared to a healthier look back in June

The former I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here contestant's thin frame is a recent change, as she was still displaying post-pregnancy curves only four months ago in June.

She has been glued to this year's I'm A Celebrity, keeping up a running commentary on Twitter during the episodes and even appeared on This Morning yesterday to air her opinions on the contestants.
