In just seven days she will be taking part in the Virgin London Triathlon.

And with a week to go before the race Stacey Solomon thought it was about time to get down to some training.

The former X Factor contestant made the most of the sunny weather and bravely ventured into The Serpentine in London’s Hyde Park.
