well there is an ex-plastics factory that has now been turned into flats. And there have been repeated siting of a male figure in the basement while it was a factory.
There are also a row of old stone houses that used to be shops where I beleive someone was murdered around the time of the 2nd world war that are constantly cold even on the hottest summers day.
Then there is the old manor house where a male figure has appeared at one of the outside doors but who always disappeared by the time anybody went outside and the place has large gates that you could open to make a getaway.

There are so many round here. We basically an old Saxon settlement with a church once housed monks. But there has been murders etc over the centuries and there are plenty of things to make you jump and question your beliefs.

The story about the factory is on-line somewhere ,I'll have to have a look to see if I can find it again.

We get the smell of violets suddenly appear from time to time so who knows what lies beneath the house ?

A ghost hunter has completed a charity event with the star of TV programme Most Haunted.

Dean Maynard, 32, of Prudhoe, took part in the hunt with Phil Whyman at the London Dungeon last week. He was joined by Emma Greenwood from Big Brother and her boyfriend Jonathan Lipman. They raised £300 for Comic Relief.

Dean said: "While we were there one of our team was touched by something unknown." Dean has also ghostbusted with Westlife, Ant and Dec and DJ Chris Moyles.

I saw a post in the feedhunters group but was doing other things. I expect the ususal satellites feeds were there providing the webcams and studio feeds.
Can be quite funny at times but if you have the right gear you can normally watch them rehausing during the day. Shame some people are really into this sort of thing and they are taken in by this program but the reports from those who have seen the daytime live footage really makes you question the authenticity of the main broadcast material.
If you have a HDTV Satellite receiver the studio and outside feeds appear on the satellite at 20 East in 4:2:2 format and the Quad webcam feeds appears in normal Digital format on the satellite at 1 West.
Personally I don't have Sky Digital but have watched the Quad Webcams off the live feeds. And I don't dis-beleive in the paranormal just the way the program goes about things.
