A RAUNCHY city cabaret act famous for sexy dance moves and flamboyant costumes are to star in a TV documentary.
Birmingham-based Femme Fatale are to star in the one-off reality show, Bed and Bardsleys, featuring the notorious couple Lizzy and Mark Bardsley from the Wife Swap show.
The Bardsleys, who famously cancelled the Wife Swap experiment in a fit of jealousy, will try to run a bed and breakfast with a catch - their guests are all celebrities, including the Femme Fatale girls.
The group of four are Emily Parrot, aged 21, from central Birmingham, Debbie Hayward, 24, Jaynie Kerr, 23, and Heather Close, 19, all from Great Barr.
Together they perform at clubs in Birmingham and have a huge fan base for their Burlesque-style show, similar to scenes from the hit film Moulin Rouge.
They were asked to take part in the show to give it a saucy edge and to cause chaos as Lizzy Bardsley is famous for her jealousy.
Dancer Debbie Hayward, whose stage name is Dolly Divine, believes the girls were chosen to appear in the show because of their unusual act and sex appeal.
She said: "The producers invited us there for three days and we were with
Stuart and Michelle from Big Brother and Torvill and Dean.
"The response from the public has been brilliant."
Femme Fatale manager Laura Macrow said their presence in the hotel caused quite a stir.
"Lizzy was so jealous that she threatened to wrap the camera around the cameraman's head," she said.
