Snow Patrol singer slams reality TV
Snow Patrol singer Gary Lightbody has said that he would never appear on a reality television show like Preston from the Ordinary Boys did.
Preston signed up for the last series of 'Celebrity Big Brother', saying that he was a fan of the show. He later got engaged to one of his fellow housemates, model Chantelle Houghton.
Speaking to WENN, Lightbody said: "I'd never do what Preston did. I've never met him but he's said nice things about us. He seems like a really likeable bloke but I just wouldn't do it."
"I read that the rest of the band weren't that fussed. He was a fan of the show but that makes it easier," the singer said. "I hate that type of show, that I'm A Celeb Fire Me Out Of A Cannon type thing."
