Ice dance win for Emmerdale star

Former Emmerdale actress Hayley Tamaddon has been crowned the winner of ITV's Dancing on Ice show.

Three of the original 14 contestants made it through to the final, with actors Gary Lucy and Kieron Richardson making up the finalists.

Dancing On Ice

Philip Schofield this evening revealed that the new series of Dancing On Ice will have a new set.

He said: "There's not a lot you can do as there's a big slab of ice in the middle - but the set will be new."

Appearing on ITV's Alan Titchmarsh show he said he knew the names of some celebrities appearing in the new series but refused to name any of them.

Former Atomic Kitten singer – Kerry Katona

Former Coronation Street actor – Steven Arnold

TV presenter – Jeff Brazier

Former Neighbours actor – Craig McLachlan

Former newsreader – Angela Rippon

Cricketer – Dominic Cork

Radio presenter – David Vitty (Comedy Dave from Chris Moyles’s Radio 1 show)

American rapper – Vanilla Ice

Actress – Nadia Sawalha

Richard and Judy’s daughter – Chloe Madeley

Loose Women presenter – Denise Welch

Hollyoaks actress – Jennifer Metcalfe

Former EastEnders actor – Sam Attwater

Nickelodeon presenter – Laura Hamilton

Frank Lampard’s ex - Elen Rives

Iraq war hero – Lance Corporal Johnson Beharry

This year, in a new twist, four celebrities will be voted off before they even get the chance to compete, leaving only twelve in the competition stage.

Emma Bunton, Jason Gardiner and Robin Cousins will return as judges, while Karen Barber will now act as head coach to the contestants.
