'Near-perfect' score for Eddie 'The Eagle's' Splash! dive

Veteran Olympian Eddie "The Eagle" Edwards will by vying for glory again when he takes part in the final of ITV's diving talent show Splash!

The former ski jumper came top of the leader board in tonight's nail-biting semi-finals, achieving the first 10 of the series from judge and comedian Jo Brand for his one-and-a-half somersault dive -and a nearly-perfect 9.5 from both Team GB coach Andy Banks and former Olympic diving medallist Leon Taylor.
