Hippo take it from me there is no way on earth fancies Lee or any of the male contestants on the LI. She told him last night that she doesn't fancy him because she goes for tall dark haired guys but she did like him as a friend.

Brendan rages supreme

It’s official! Ballroom bounder Brendan Cole has surpassed stropster Sophie as Love Island’s biggest trouble-maker.

The dancing don spectacularly accused our angelic producers of blackmailing him, after he was told the celebrities wouldn’t be allowed evening cocktails if he didn’t take part in a group game called Sophie’s six-minute makeover.

After Calum ‘don’t mention my drinking’ Best, begged Brendan to perform the task and bag the booze, the hulky Kiwi stormed over to the Beach Hut for his biggest rant yet!

“I’m here to say I’m not playing!” raged red-faced Brendan, “How dare you guys penalise the group and say they can’t have an afternoon cocktail if they don’t play the game?”

And after being again told that they would only have group cocktails, if they played a group game, Brendan went ballistic.

“It’s blackmail!” he spluttered, “I don’t want to play.”

Leaping out of his pram and on to his high horse, Brendan insisted: “I refuse to let the group be penalised for me not wanting to compromise my morals and my beliefs.”

Then conveniently forgetting his recent vow not to bad-mouth his fellow celebrities, Brendan launched a shock attack on Sophie and blamed her for turning him off the game. “I don’t like the way Sophie spoke to all the girls, I think she was out of f**king order. She made herself look like a t**t!”

But as the prospect of no alcohol began to wear him down, Brendan decided to give up and play the game – but not without a fight!

Grabbing a sleeping bag as his weapon of choice, the crazed cad yelled: “Want to f**k with me, a**holes? F**k with this!” Before thrusting his bulging body into the zippered quilt.

And even Sophie started to worry about the dancer’s state of mind, saying: “It reminds me of a straightjacket. Have you recently been in an asylum because I’m beginning to wonder?”

The Kate Escape

Kate and Chris are returned to the resort

After her Bond girl entrance to the show, Kate attempts a Bond girl exit. But she had reckoned without having our burly bodyguards to contend with!

After realising Brendan’s mistake when he made his mad dash for freedom earlier in the week, Kate decided to take the Love Island authorities by surprise and swim for it!

Launching into unchartered waters our bubbly blonde ran through the shallow surf, before diving into the deep blue sea – with two of our most strapping security men in full pursuit!

As our beefy bodyguards caught up with the mischievous star, she refused to give in without a fight, and even turned on her womanly charms to get her way.

Scuffling in the surf, cheeky Kate told the soaking guards: “I’m having fun. I’d actually quite like you to wrestle me. You’re quite hunky.

“If you want me to go back in you’ll have to force me with all your force.”

As security successfully restrained a hysterically laughing Kate, master-flirt Chris Brosnan leapt up to rescue the beauty from the two guards’ grip.

Racing towards the struggling threesome, Chris commandeered Kate away from security, hugged her and tried to wrestle our fearsome guards under the water.

But our top-notch big boys were too much for the two giggling celebs who were shortly marched back into the resort.

Raising her arms in triumphant delight, Kate reported the mission as a success. “I nearly had him!” she boasted, “I nearly knocked him over.”

Exclusive: The Lion stalks his prey


The 'good' old days...

You can no doubt imagine how eager we were to pin down the Big Dog when he got back in town, and finally ask him how he feels catching sight of Calum and B canoodling.

“My friends are taking the p*ss out of me and winding me up saying, ‘Ah Calum’s just all over your girl boy!’” he sighed sadly. “I don’t even want to watch the show now.

“I don’t really like it, however I can understand it, which is weird because I’m thinking from Calum’s point of view. He’s going in there and seeing a pretty girl…

“And from Bianca’s point of view, this is like her pin-up guy that she’s had for how ever many years.”

Yes Leo love, but Calum’s only been copping a feel for a mere matter of days, and you had three deep weeks with the wonderful woman!

“Calum’s not had one week with her, this is how it works,” Leo laments. “Bianca’s loved Calum for years, before she met me.”

Oh poppycock! So what is on the tip of that talented tongue of his? What will he be asking our B when it comes to the crunch?

“How long was she crying for since my departure?” he reveals, eyes glazing over. “I need to asses if that was substantial and then I’ll just ask her what’s been going on.”

And whilst we’re on the subject of crying, how has he felt since leaving last time? And when did he realise that B was his absolute babe?

“I think for me, when I realised that I liked her was around 11.30am on the day of eviction when I shut the hotel room door and the realisation kicked in,” he reminisces.

“It was the worst feeling ever. Seriously, I was finished inside. I have a problem with tears coming down, but if I could have, I would have.”

As women everywhere sigh in salute, can we ask whether we’re in for a romantic declaration of undying love tonight?

“Before I plan my attack and strategy, I need to asses the situation so I don’t go in there and mug myself,” Leo lets on, his mind clearly racing.

“I don’t think I’ll use words, I’ll just be myself, because being myself is what won her over anyway.”

And what if the situation he finds is that B’s bound to Besty for the foreseeable future?

“Then I’ll have to bring in my martial arts!” The Lion roars. “I’ve been working on my Lennox Lewis grabs so I may have to incorporate that…”

Crikey! So is the Lion really up for a fight with his foe?

“Of course I’m up to it!” he bellows. “It’s Leo the Lion, what are you talking about?!”

We’re talking about why he feels he’s cornered Calum, and how he knows the Best man will back down…

And being the bad ass boy we know and love, he has an answer for everything.

“Because I have superior game period,” he states. “And because it’s Leo…”

Bianca’s heartbreak


Bianca the bride breaks down in tears

After Leo’s island eviction just three weeks into their relationship, Bianca was devastated. Then the arrival of Calum Best, her ultimate fantasy man, took her mind off the situation.

But now, in a shocking turn of events, Leo the Lion is back, and poor Bianca is terrified she has blown it with both her dream men.

Still dressed in an ironic wedding gown following the explosive stag and hen party, the 19-year-old model broke down in the Beach Hut. Struggling to cope with her conflicting emotions, she sobbed: “It’s so wicked to see him.

“I don’t know what to think. I love it how you’ve f**king stirred it up. Do you know what I mean?”

Well we didn’t make her cavort and canoodle with Calum for all the world to see!

Remembering the saucy antics she got up to with Besty, Bianca admits she wouldn’t blame Leo for dumping her.

“He probably absolutely hates me!” she sniffed, “That’s what I’m so worried about. It’s f**king mad.”

But nothing can disguise her obvious delight at seeing The Streets star again.

Breaking out of her sadness she said: “I’m so happy he’s here I really can’t explain how happy I am - then I realised what’s been happening and s**t like that. I just hope he doesn’t hate me.”

Firstly, Kate wouldn't fancy Lee in a billion centurys - Kate feels sorry for him because he's basically a nice kid - he's just deluded about his career choice appearing on this contrived programme.
Kate will cuddle up to him because she knows he's ABSOLUTELY NO SEXUAL THREAT.

Kate was quite clear about what her true feelings for Lee were on Friday's programme. He will only be a pal.
She explained this to Sophie & the TV audience - as reiterated, comically, by Patrick & Fearne.
Kate told Lee he was the only guy she fancied when she got there - ie she was being flirtatious, not serious - it's not Kate's fault that he's so dumb.

It's remains to be seen if there is a true chemistry between Kate & Brendan but in that conversation between Chris & Lee on live feed on friday night it was clear that Kate felt pressured to flirt with Brendan on her date - but that's the kind of contrived & ridiculous show it is.
That's why 'Love Island' is a bad show - even though it can be entertaining.

Kate is appearing on the programme for Granada who were desperate for her to appear for months.

Kate has made a great impact, is loved by her fellow islanders, & is bringing much needed comedy to the show, especially with Sophie.

Kate surely won't win, doesn't want to win & it would be wrong if she did.
Bianca, for being a normal 19 Year old girl who wants to break into showbusiness should, tho Sophie's pure comic value is also deserving. Kelle, who's basically just a good egg, is also in with a shout.
I hoped Kate would get out of this nonsense last night but Coleen the Barbie doll had no chance of beating her.

I thought it was great last night to see Kate take Bianca aside & tell her to go where her heart lies regarding Leo & Calum - even if Leo isn't the man.
Calum Best is just there for the show & Bianca should know that.

And as for the fashion show - that was hilarious.
Kate wouldn't wear that 'number' anywhere(only in private!) - one of the reasons Kate was brought onto show was to be a comic foil to Sophie in things like the fashion show & the beach hut.
Good television, tho.

Kate looked great last night at the 'hen'n'stag do' in hippychick mode but unfortunately for her she did arrive on the programme with a few spots(not her fault) & certain publications may pick up this - not that Kate one of the most strongest BB housemates will not be able to deal with this.

In a tantalising twist to today’s coupling up capers, singleton Sophie gets to play matchmaker, and has only one thing on that manic mind of hers.

Yes, The Anderton’s in control of the coupling process, and funnily enough, she loves every minute of being in the driving seat!

“Ooh, I could really mix it up with Calum and Bianca,” she coos in the Beach Hut. “I don’t think Calum’s going to be too happy.”

But as it goes, the guys aren’t too traumatised, and Kelle and Chris, Kate and Calum, Bianca and Lee and Sophie and Brendan all skip off into the bedroom together when the process is over…

“Oh god, everyone’s happy with me for a change!” Sophie sang. “F**k, there’s something wrong with me, I actually didn’t p*ss everyone off for a change.”

As the celebrities start their final week on Love Island, Sophie starts to fantasise about getting out - and getting dirty.

Stretching out by the poolside, the sultry model told the other girls: “I can’t believe in a week and a half’s time I’m going to be making love with someone!”

Picking up on Sophie’s sexual frustration, Kate suggested something could happen before then. “If you and Brendan win a treat and get to go in the Love Shack, I can see something happening between you two,” she told Sophie, “You’re both so rampant!”

Later in the Beach Hut, Sophie revealed she is attracted to the dancing don, and the fact that Calum’s back on the market hasn’t escaped her! Sadly for the two boys though, after flirtations with both Shane and Chris, the leggy beauty has decided her heart lies in London. She added, “But that’s not saying that I want that… I’ve got my man waiting for me at home. But Kate is convinced there’s chemistry between Brendan and I.”

Cruisin' for a schmoozin'

One hull of an afternoon!

Four sexually frustrated celebs, eight awfully sexy Aussie models, a barrel load of booze and one yummy yacht. Need we say more?

Yes, you read correctly people, our boys spent the afternoon on a boat copping off with eight Aussie models whilst the girls stayed at home and praised their partners!

When Calum got called into the Beach Hut to be told about a surprise for the boys just a limo ride away, never in his wildest dreams could he imagine what actually awaited them.

Namely, a boat load of beauties beckoning them forth!

Needless to say, having picked their jaws off the deck and dabbled in the refreshments, our hungry hunks soon got stuck in to the afternoon’s entertainment.

And the truth or dare game that ensued soon morphed into a ‘snogfest’ where Calum, Chris and Lee locked lips with their favourite fillies!

The debauchery continued in all its glory, the Big Dog Brosnan got a three-way snog, whilst Lee got lippy with two lovelies, serenaded another and then stripped for her amusement!

But what about our ladies lying in wait back on Love Island? Have our hunks forgotten the females they’ve been devoted to for so long?

“Obviously I’m thinking about Colleen,” Chris cooed, grabbing two girls at once.
