I miss the Salon as well Robzter. I think we might have another series......I can't see how they could spend all that money on the last place they did the show from just for one series.

I have read on the C4 forum that there are no plans to make another one. This seems to me to be mad as the last one was a success. Perhaps they feel the object of the show, to educate people about the workings of a hair and beauty salon, have been met. Yes Madeline, they did take the complete Salon apart at the end of the series. They also did that at the end of series 1. They merely rented a large section of the Trocadero centre (I believe) for series 2 which meant they had to take it apart at the end so the Landlords could relet. |

The last series went on for like 6 months and was a really big success so why not make another one? I love that show. |

*sigh* *drumming fingers patiently* Channel 4 are really goofing up by not getting the next series going. Maybe they think they've beautified the nation up to its limit? Now, if they got Jackie Stallone in on reception, what viewing that would be. Can you imagine the two-penneths she'd be throwing in as she checked you off the appointment book?
