James Hewit case against Fox TV in the US has been thrown out of court. Hewitt tried to sue the tv netework for $1million after he was dropped four days after a job offer to become one of their war correspondents for the war with Irag. Hewitt, accused the Fox news Channel of causing him 'public humiliation' after pulling out of the job offer. Fox, say Hewitt leaked news of the deal, breaking a confidentiality agreement.
A judge in New York ruled yesterday that the 46-year-old ex-Army major made more cash from TV shows in Europe, over £55.000 - then he would have from the US deal.
