I watched this tonight. Craig Charles didn't turn up for training one day, loving it.
Jonathan Morris I'm cheesed off with already... thought he was funny in Bread mind you. |

The Life Aquatic It was victory for Kirsty in the Women's 50 metre Swimming, while Philip spectacularly won the Diving in the men's event. In an evening of high drama, it was the girls who kicked off The Games with a thrilling swim - although in the end, TV presenter Kirsty was a clear winner. Racking up a Personal Best in the process, Kirsty's decision not adopt the difficult tumble turn did not prove costly as she finished with an impressive time of 35.33 seconds. Early leader Tamara came in second, with the oldest woman in the field Anna a close third. Lisa and Mel battled it out for fourth and fifth place respectively. But there was still time for the night's amazing achievements to be bettered by the star of the proceedings, Philip. The actor smashed The Games' Diving record with his first jump, and then took on the 10-metre board in his second attempt to beat the record again. Ending up with a massive score of 180.00, Philip took top place on the leaderboard by a country mile - yet all the men wound up with Personal Bests in a awe-inspiring display. Chesney scored 146.00 points for second place, while Jonathon overcame his fear of heights to finish third. Kevin found himself in fourth, and former Red Dwarf star Craig picked up a point for his Personal Best of 118.50. Next up it's Weightlifting for the boys, while the women take on the challenge of the Hurdles. Ch4 |

HEARTACHE OF GAMES STAR KIRSTY GAMES star Kirsty Gallacher has been left devastated by the death of her grandfather yesterday morning. She had earlier burst into tears and pulled out of a photo-shoot after being told he had fallen ill late last week. But pregnant Kirsty, 29, refused to quit the Channel 4 show. An insider said: "Kirsty is heartbroken but she's staying on to raise cash for charity." On Friday viewers saw her win the 100m breaststroke and ex-Brookside actor Philip Olivier, 24, smash the show's diving record twice. Later, the 10 celebrities had an all-night poker game, except Jonathon Morris, 44 - Adrian in 80s sitcom Bread - who went to bed early. Red Dwarf star Craig Charles, 40, sneered: "He won't be my friend." People |
