Mind Your Manners: Monday to Friday, C4, 4pm Kim and Aggie showed us how mucky we are. Now, finishing-school matrons Mrs Shrager and Mrs Harbord - first-name basis is so impolite, don't you think? - teach us how to behave when they take charge of, we are told, the two rudest families in Yorkshire.
