A TV show is to turn a white family black and a black family white and force them to live together.

They will spend three hours a day having their colour changed.

Actor and rapper Ice Cube and documentary maker RJ Cutler, who devised the US reality show, insist it isn't sensationalist.

Cutler said: "We are a divided nation.But we can come together if we talk about our differences
