By ALEX PEAKE and JOHN COLES September 29, 2006 A 14-YEAR-OLD boy died during production of the hit TV show Wife Swap, it was revealed last night. Heartbroken mum Karen Reece fought back tears as she recalled the horror of finding Daniel’s lifeless body. The youngster died in his sleep just hours after programme makers had finished filming final scenes for the new Channel 4 series. And the news came out on the day The Sun revealed shooting had to be halted on the series amid ‘sex assault’ allegations.
