Calum in club fight over Jodie

PLAYBOY Calum Best decked a reveller in a nightclub to defend his ex-lover Jodie Marsh.
Glamour girl Jodie, 28, broke down in floods of tears when a dancefloor pest repeatedly groped her bum.
Then Love Island hunk Calum, 26, grabbed the menace by the collar before a seven-man brawl broke out.
Calum landed one punch which left the boozy guest he believed had touched up 28-year-old Jodie in a heap on the floor with a bloody nose.
Stunned celebs in the VIP enclosure looking on included Coronation Street lovebirds Tina O’Brien, 23, and Ryan Thomas, 22 – the soap’s Sarah Platt and Jason Grimshaw.
Hollyoaks dollies Jennifer Metcalfe, 23, and Gemma Merner, 21, were also there.
As the scrap unfolded there were pleas for calm from Big Brother babe Kate Lawler, 26, who was DJ for the Tarzan-themed Swanky Sunday bash at Cocoa Rooms in Manchester.
Essex girl Jodie – dressed in a white tiger-print bikini with matching cowboy hat and fishnets – had been making her way on to the dance floor at 1.30am yesterday when the groper struck for the third time.
One guest said: “Jodie had already told him to do one or she’d get security, but that didn’t seem to stop him.
“You could tell when he grabbed her bum for the third time it really upset Jodie. She screamed at him to keep his dirty hands to himself.
“Calum wasn’t far away and just pitched in to this bloke, who actually took the first swing at him.
“Within seconds there were fists flying everywhere, and Jodie was in tears screaming. All hell broke out and the bloke he said had been harassing Jodie ended up on the floor with what looked like a broken nose.”
When police arrived the fight had fizzled out. No arrests were made. A spokesman said: “The situation was quickly resolved.”
Although Jodie and Calum – son of soccer legend George Best, who died in 2005 aged 59 – are no longer an item, they have stayed close pals and chat on the phone most days.
