BBC Searching For New Dance Group
Choreographers Arlene Phillips and Bruno Tonioli are returning to BBC One with a new series which will see them scouring the country searching for dancers to form a new group.
Thirty years after Arlene's sexy troupe Hot Gossip revolutionised dance on TV, she and Bruno are hoping the country's most talented hot–trotters will turn up at countrywide auditions.
Arlene said: "We're looking for the coolest, hippest dancers and singers, who have the drive and ambition to make it big and be part of the most exciting new group of the 21st century."
In the new programme, Arlene and Bruno will go head-to-head as they take two teams of finalists under their wings. Each week, the hopefuls strut their stuff with the latest dance moves and show off their vocal talent in the hope that they won't be put up for elimination.
Auditions start off in Glasgow, Manchester, Bristol and London.
