Rosemary Shrager's School for Chefs
ITV1, 3pm 05/11/2007

ITV's rip-off - sorry, flattering imitation - of BBC's Masterchef sees 50 cooks competing for an apprenticeship at a Michelin-starred restaurant.

But first they have to get past Rosemary Shrager, the cookery teacher in ITV's Ladette To Lady.

By the looks of her, Rosemary's signature dish would be "wasp casserole as prechewed by bulldog," but this is a tasty, idiot-proof recipe of hamfisted cooks, rising stars and daily eliminations.

Tonight Rosemary shows them how to make creme anglaise and (with a perfectly straight face) How To Bone Your Bird - although they're not using the same method here that the Ladettes went in for.
