Roxanne Pallett kicked off Dancing on Ice

The judges unanimously decided to ditch the former Emmerdale star following a skate-off with former Blue Peter presenter Zoe Salmon.

Late last week Roxanne said the competition was becoming harder physically and more intense because there were fewer competitors.

She skated her last routine to the song Dontcha by the Pussycat Dolls.

The 26-year-old and her partner Dan Whiston gained their highest score of the series so far from the judges but found themselves in the skate-off following a public vote.

William Hill have seen big money for Coleen Nolan to get the boot from Dancing On Ice this Sunday with bets of up to £250 accepted. "Coleen has perhaps been lucky to get this far and we would be very surprised if she lasts another week," said Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.

Ray Quinn looks like the only winner and Hills have seen bets of up to four thousand pounds on the Quiff, from a Liverpool based punter.

Coleen Nolan's horror fall could end her Dancing on Ice dream

Coleen Nolan lies in agony with a suspected fractured wrist after a crunching fall that threatens her future in Dancing on Ice.

The Loose Women host and Daily Mirror columnist went flying over at the ITV training rink while rehearsing a challenging new routine for the hit telly show.

She landed heavily on her left hand after sticking out an arm out to stop herself slamming into the surface. Coleen, 43, who was rushed to Barnet Hospital near the Elstree studios, said yesterday: “I knew I’d done something bad when I hit the floor – the pain was excruciating.

“It’s your worst fear to have an injury at this stage of the competition.”

Can Zoe Salmon win Dancing on Ice?

Zoe Salmon talks about the final weeks of Dancing on Ice and whether or not she thinks she can make it to the finals.

The children's television presenter said: "There's so few of is left that it could be any one of us in the skate-off.

"It's just one of those things. It's the nature of the game. You enter these reality shows and you can easily be in the skate-off."

She added: "It's lovely to still be in the competition."
