Second time unlucky for Underwood

As well as being the show where everyone decided that they didn’t like Michael Underwood, Sunday’s Dancing On Ice was special for another reason.

And that was the return of Christopher Dean. For the last few shows Christopher Dean had been out of action with an injury, so he had been unable to open the show with a fancy skating routine. But on Sunday, he and Jane Torvill were back doing what they do best - dressing up like a gay waiter and a chavvy single mother respectively. Hooray!

Dancing On Ice-you Bet Todd Is Good

William Hill punters are convinced that Todd Carty is not actually as bad as he is pretending to be and that we will see a dramatic improvement in the next few weeks. Hills currently offer 10/1 that Todd wins, but have halved the price of Todd getting a perfect six from 100/1 to 50/1. Todd is 8/1 to be evicted on Sunday and Ray is the 1/2 favourite to be the winner!

"Todd has a cult following but we are not convinced that he is acting as nobody is that good at acting," said Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams..

Swindon model loses 21lb from all that skating

SKATING sensation Melinda Messenger has danced her way to losing one-and-a-half stone.

The dramatic drop has seen the twinkle-toed dancer drop four dress sizes.

Her shapely new figure has been splashed across two glossy magazines this week and is largely thanks to her new role as an ice princess in the reality show Dancing On Ice.

WHEN he takes to the ice, he resembles a cross between Jack Nicholson in The Shining and The Office boss David Brent doing his wacky dance.

In fact, Todd Carty makes Strictly buffoon John Sergeant look like Fred Astaire.

But his fellow Dancing On Ice contestant Zoe Salmon reckons he's got what it takes to outshine show favourite Ray Quinn.
