A Dragons' Den contestant has been made an MBE for services to business - three weeks after her company went into administration.

Rachel Lowe, 31, who was included in last Saturday's honours list, ran Portsmouth-based RTL Games.
Rtl was to launch a Harry Potter-themed game, but delays in the new Potter film's release curtailed that.
Ms Lowe, who appeared on Dragons' Den in 2005, said yesterday: "The Harry Potter deal should have been the best thing that ever happened but it turned out the worst."
