Series showcasing the best of international and domestic films. Havana Marking's documentary follows the contestants of Tolo TV's Afghan Star, the troubled country's equivalent of Pop Idol. Watched by over 11 million people, a third of the population, the show offers Afghan viewers a taste of democracy by allowing them to vote for their favourite artists.
