Following the progress of members of six of the biggest pop groups from the 1990s and early noughties - Atomic Kitten, 5ive, B*Witched, Liberty X, 911 and Honeyz - as they make preparations to reunite and perform in a one-night-only concert at London's Hammersmith Apollo. The first episode focuses on the rise and fall of 5ive and Liberty X, as the boy band struggle to find a fifth member once Jason `J' Brown refuses to take part, and Michelle Heaton faces a serious surgical procedure.
