Extreme sleep deprivation will be the name of the game

Beginning on January 4 Dermot O'Bleary will host the Channel 4 shows each night at 10pm

That might be a laugh .....you can go with food for longer than you can go wthout sleep.

I know all about sleep deprevation sometimes go days without it hence my posts on here at 5am havent been to bed since thursday I go through phases am starting to feel a little tired now will try my luck at some sleep in an hour or so

How do you manage to function Bren with your beauty sleep?

3 days tops...with no sleep at all.

Bren..I feel for you..I have trouble sleeping myself, though not nearly as bad as you..

This show should be interesting..although they could just film a group of new mums..or junior doctors and get the same results

I cant see any of them lasting more then 3 day Ally. It will be a lot of fun watching them trying to stay awake tho.

without having a sleep disorder cant see them going more than 3 days have suffered with mine since quite young and although I can go days and days without proper sleep I will after a couple of days get a couple of hours - during the day - will watch with interest

my sleeplessness goes in phases can go weeks and weeks and sleep fairly normally - would be my luck Id snore my way through it

According to some figures I read some where [sorry no link] the most anyone can go with out sleep is 11 days.
