Derbyshire were so close to a unique achievement today!! In our first innings against Worcestershire, only number 11 failed to make double figures.
Surely some sort of record was begging to be broken.

Superb bowling from England today, GBH is back with cracking figures of 6-19 and wonderfully backed up by Monty "The Legend" Panesar.

80-5

The Lancastrian production line's latest strikes twice in an over. 5 wickets to win the series now. Just gotta get the fat boy out now

well done on another series victory, with one test still to play. Excellent test which had it all. The victory is all the better when you consider all the injuries that we have suffered.

was a bit suspicious about Monty earlier in the Summer. There seemed to be a novelty effect about him, but he's proved himself in these last couple of tests. He's a big confidence player, but the joy in his face when he takes a wicket is as genuine as you'll ever see.

There's a lot of talk about how he'll cope in front of the Aussies but the Aussie crowds are usually made up with the majority being England fans. They've tried to limit the number of England fans there but there will still be thousands upon thousands going.

Hmm doesn't look too good for tomorrow either.
I do however find it annoying how everyone in cricket always goes on about the wonderful name of the sport being tarnished by this sort of thing.
How do they think the FA feel?!?!
