Just looked at the scoreboard for the Test Match and see that England have started their second innings. Since they scored 566 in the first innings, and the West Indies were all out for 323, can anyone tell me why they did not force the follow-on?
As far as I am aware the follow-on target is 200 runs - has this changed, or have I missed some great tactical point to England batting again?
