This might be slightly off topic talking about David James in the Sports Forum, because he is clearly not a professional sportsman. He could cost us the World Cup. The FA should pay spurs to keep Paul Robinson in cotton wool (and away from David Bishop obviously) because we cannot risk having James in the team. Even Stuart Pearce thinks he is a better striker than a keeper.

If he wants an international goalkeeping jersey, he should go and pay for one at Allsports rather than blackmailing Sven, or whatever he must be doing to get one at the moment, cos it sure as hell can't be for his ability.
Still, Kirkland is injury free and first choice in a premiership team, so hopefully he'll be no.2 behind Robinson come the world cup (if we get there!)

Maybe Sir Fergie isn't so bad after all.

Britain got a Danish pasting last night as they were beaten four to one in a qualifying match for World Cup XVIII. The man most at fault was goaltender David James.

I looked up who he played for and I couldn't believe it. It's us - Manchester! I never knew he was on our roster. At least Sir Fergie can see that he's no good and has demoted him to our practice squad.

Totally agree mate, the David Bishop comment was rather amusing as well!
