now just one English giraffe and one French cheetah to go!

Fernando Morientes has left Liverpool. But, so far, Peter Crouch and Djibril Cisse remain.

Here's hoping we sign a Dutch Destroyer, let's go sign a Kuyt!!

Goal, goal, goal!
Let's go buy a Kuyt
And storm the Premiership height!
Let's go buy a Kuyt and send it goal-scoring
Up past the Chavski bad atmosphere
Up where the air is clear
Let's go buy a Kuyt!

My local team is Monaco. ;)

I am no glory hunter. When I was young, I idolised Kenny Dalglish. And he played for Liverpool. I had no idea they were the dominant team in Europe.

Just call it serendipty, karma, luck. {@}

And yes, I have been to Anfield, and more than once.

And I also went to all the home games of my local team for a couple of seasons.

That was when they had a good team, and were a division or two above sh!tty Kilmarnock. ;)

And are you happy watching a load of farm-hands ploughing across that midden every other Saturday/Sunday?

Rugby Park? About time they actually started playing that there then, 'cause they sure can't play football. ;)

hey, the theatre of pies is the hallowed turf

Furrowed turf you mean. One of these days your entire team of pugs is going to fall down one of the holes and you are going to cheer with relief and go home, put on the Premiership and start watching proper football.

Sit back, grab a beer, and enjoy. Like all true football fans! :drink:

Not like the muppets who go week-in, week-out to stand in the cold, next to other p!ss-stained social misfits, shouting like cattle, vile songs they don't understand trying to watch a game they cannot see. So long as they can say, "I'm a true football fan, me! Been to all the pubs, erm, I mean games!"

Yeah, when was the last time you seen any?

{@}

Just kidding. Fans who go to matches are to be treasured. It's never nice to see empty seats on the TV. ;)

Are there many empty seats at Killie, Hippo? ::lol::

Aah, you're a good lad.

I'd rather see Killie win the Scottish Premier League than either of the Old Squirm.

oh and why would i want to watch **** like bolton vs middlesborough? zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz the premiership might be full of top class international players, but they often cancel each other out and provide some of the most tedious boring crap you can watch

And they're more likely to win the Scottish league before Liverpool win the Premiership with the Russian Gangster with the Stolen Oil Money buying the title every year.

Agreed. Talk about empty seats! And I don't blame them! :zzz:

Empty seats at the ground, and empty armchairs after ten minutes in the living rooms across Britain! ::lol::
