FAMED for taking on Saddam Hussein’s troops behind enemy lines in the doomed Bravo Two Zero operation, SAS hero Chris Ryan has just shown his softer side.

The latest venture by the best-selling author of all-action books based on his Gulf War experiences is a Mills and Boon-style romantic novel.

Called "The Fisherman’s Daughter", he has published it under the pen name Molly Jackson. It has come out in Australia and will go on sale in Britain soon.
