Anyone else got this?
I have but haven't started on it yet as even picking it up is a chore, way too big/heavy!

I'm going to wait for the paperback, which will be ages I know but I'm not in a rush to read it. It should be quite a good read I would have thought.

I have got it - but as I usually read in bed, I am finding it too heavy to hold up! Will get around to reading it soon.

I suppose when you've had a life as fullfilled as his one should expect a big book.
I must admit I was a little put off when I saw how thick the book was but then again I don't really like reading hardbacks anyway. Just think of it as good value for money!
