Yes Milly, I finished reading 'Over Hill and Dale' a few weeks ago. I think his books are really funny. Some of his observations are spot on and have made me laugh out loud.
I started reading his books because last February, the schools in our academic council brought him in for an inset day. I have never enjoyed an inset day more! He had us in stitches telling us his stories. He is a natural speaker, and his timing and voices were brilliant. He was also a really nice guy, he came and sat with us at lunch (my one and only claim to fame). He was easy to talk to with no pretensions at all.

I would definately recommend his books.
