I hope you don't think I was taking the mick out of your religious beliefs, Cameron - I'm a practicing Catholic myself. My comment was more about my view that this forum shouldn't really be used as a means of requesting favours from the former HMs who visit, and about how many of these requests seem to be based on misunderstandings of your respective spheres of influence.

Sorry if you missed the point that this whole thread was a joke! I'm meeting up with Ray when we go to Dublin (cos he owes me a bottle of champagne), I don't really expect him to get me anything.

Yeah and I hope you have a good time Scotslass. I'm going to Dublin to visit my friends again but I am not there when you are. I can't wait, been tempted to move many a time but I would miss my family and friends too much.

Sorry to hijack your thread slightly Lyns... but I also have a favour to ask of Ray!!

Ray.... when you do this charity footie match at the Odyssey on Sunday.. if you happen to play against Malachi Cush (the one from the first series of Fame Academy... tall bloke, brown hair), could you possibly give him a kick from me, and tell him that was from Nicki and the girls in Glasgow?!?! ::lol::

Alternatively, just tell him to phone / text me.... cos he has some explaining to do! ::lol::
Thanks ;)

Hey Nicki,

I've only had a chance to check the forum just now but I met Malachy, very nice bloke.
Sorry haven't been on here in ages but the radio station is going brilliantly and the publicity stunt went down a treat. I hijacked the station for 8 hours playing 1 song only, Manamana by the muppets, never been done before on Irish radio. The response we had was amazing.
Anyway, you can listen out on http://www.q102.ie and my links are at 10.30ish, 11.30ish and 1.30ish.

Ray
