you get this gorgeous fudge in a shop here in the touristy area... it's like £7 for a wee slice though :eek: melts in your mouth

Did you forget our famous salmiakkki (I don`t know what that is in English, it`s that black candy, tastes like salt) Mia? I´m sure it`s as good as any fudge! Good morning, by the way. I have`t been here for a while.

Oh no, I haven't forgotten about salmiakki! It's so good! :D When I studied in Russia for three and a half months in 2002, I could have killed for some salmiakki!!! ::lol:: ::lol::

you can by a tablet of fudge Mia, you can also buy a finger of fudge ::lol::

it's just enough to give your kids a treat :angel:

Tablet is butter, sugar and cream all melted together and left to set.

Sounds horrible I know.

It's quite nice but only in very small batches as it's very sweet.
