TC - have you never indulged in anything you didn't 'need'? I don't particularly need cd's and books but I seem to buy plenty of them :D .

I don't want a practiacl car, although if I happen onto something that's practical as well as being fun it'll be a bonus.

::lol:: ::lol:: ::lol:: That'll be why I've got 5 wardrobes then ;)

Presuming (is it safe to do so? ;) ) you are meaning Practical here. Okay practical and fun....shouldn't be too much of a problem to come up with suggestions. If it possible, give me some thinking time and I'll get back to you. ()^ (I know just the MAN  to ask) ::lol::

Tested a new A3 "doon Sooth" and didn't like it (sadly)! Was much more impressed with the Seat Leon Cupra.

I had a Seat Ibiza for years. :D Get a Mini Cooper. ()^

My friend just bought a Renault Megane and I do not like it... it's got a HUGE bum! ::lol::

whit aboot a Subaru Impreza? They're pretty cool.....

I've heard that the WRX Sti model has 262bhp harnessed from its 2-litre boxer engine, and the Prodrive model has 38 extra bhp, 46 additional lb ft of torque and slices about a second off the 0-62mph time, bringing it down to a sensation-tingling 4.6 seconds. ;)

Only thing to be careful of is the air scoop - beware of sucking a stray sheep on the Harray road ::lol:: ::lol:: ::lol::

failing that....a Porsche would get my vote :D

I've found out for you Cam what my brother car is and it's a Nissan x-trail 4by4.

It's good your M&D live nearby to borrow the car, parents are good for that sort of thing believe me I know ::lol:: ::lol::

Wow Felicity - I am SOME impressed! Don't want to plump for the Sub without testing an Evo first though - and yes, a Porsche gets my vote too.

Don't know about the X-trail Cha - someone I know has one and that's put me off getting one...

Would love a Cooper S right enough - great choice Suzie.

Well, it probably doesn't class as a classic, but I've just bought a Peugeot 206 2.0litre HDi GLX and I LOVE it! Has lots of toys - which I know boys like (to make a sweeping generalisation ;) ) such as digital climate control and a cd changer ... and at 90bhp goes like the proverbial off a shovel! :D

And it has sexy headlights! ()^

Well, if it's a choice between an Evo, Impreza and Porsche, get down that garage and test drive quickly! Would love to drive them all, but buying is a different matter so agree with choosing carefully. Have fun :x

Why does that put you off if someone else has that kind of car, or do you wanna be unique!
