Isn't this just a classic case of a successful business being targetted by so-called do-gooders (especially with that film SuperSizeMe). Happens all the time, someone makes a bit of money and someone gets jealous. No one forces anyone to eat in MacDonalds, I think the point is you shouldn't eat the same of anything. I'm sure if I just ate celery I would have all sorts of health problems after a month.
I agree, there is an aspect of 'lets knock down the successful company' - one of the UK's most sickening cultural traits.

Mc'Donalds are indeed one of the most brilliant and successful world companies. They provide food on the cheap, fast, efficient, and almost always of a decent quality.
The 'nature' of the food though is problematic in large quantities - but that is NOT mc'donalds problem. That is the fault of the consumers, some of whom live on a diet of fries and burgers.
Mc'donalds has NOTHING to answer for, in terms of USA/worldwide obesity problems. Freedom of choice. If 75% of the population are too stupid/choose to live on a diet of fast food, so be it.
Calrissian: Yey for spicy fries !
