BOY BULLIED ON HATE WEBSITE

SCHOOL bullies made life hell for a boy of 12 by setting up a website dedicated to humiliating him.

The cruel yobs put pictures of their classmate on the site and then filled it with vile insults and four-letter taunts. They claimed the heartbroken lad was gay, fat, had a squeaky voice and bleached his hair.

The bullies, from a Southampton secondary school, even got visitors to the website to post their own slurs in an area called the "slag box".

Last night children's charity ChildLine said it was the first example they had seen of cyberbullying.

A spokesman added: "This is very disturbing. But bullies can always find new and cruel ways of making the lives of their victims miserable." Mirror

This is horrible and I really feel for the child in this situation and I hope he can overcome his trials of being bullied. However I this maybe the first example childline have seen but I doubt it is the first time it has happened. People are always far more brave behind a pc and I would imagine this kind of thing goes on, on kids sites everywhere sadly :-?

Bless the poor lad. Imagine how he must have felt when he found out what the cowards had been doing behind his back. What sort of people bring up children that do that sort of thing!?

I have never been bullied online or off and can only offer my sincere sympathy to anyone who has been the victim of a bully. All I can say is the bully is more of a victim because they have to live with alll that nasty stuff going on in their heads day in day out and I hope they never get a good nights sleep and get their come-uppance from someone more nasty then they could ever be......

Cyber bullying doesn't just go on on kids sites, unfortunately.

It's so easy to pick on someone from behind the safety of your computer screen. Some people thrive on online arguing, and I have no problem with that. But picking on people who are likely to be upset about it is really not on.

Poor kid, though to have that done to him. How bad must he feel about it.
