Russell Brand might be better off actually trying to help the dispossessed

It's nice to see celebrities such as Brand and Robert Webb engaged in political debate, but few in showbusiness could even begin to handle the level of contempt that politicians face

Calling all comedians: stop writing tetchy open letters to each other

The public pseudo-conversation between celebrities such as Robert Webb and Russell Brand is excruciating

The question that Jeremy Paxman should ask himself

It turns out Paxman shares Russell Brand's disillusion with politicians. But there are unelected people, wielding greater power, who rarely get the rotweiller treatment

We could all stock up on cup noodles and corned beef and join Russell Brand’s revolution... if it wasn’t for the man himself

Hopefully Russell’s brand of revolution will involve a lovely big debating circle

Don't vilify Russell Brand – he's right to demand the impossible

I'm no fan of the comedian – but I am delighted at the way he has given the political establishment a massive kick up the behind
