If Waitrose is moving out and Wilkinson, Primark and Argos are the three contenders I think the townsfolk of Lymington should accept the fact that their town is probably not as upmarket as they would like to think!

Nothing wrong with Argos. I don't understand the people who buy exactly the same appliance in Next (hardly upmarket) and Debenhams and pay almost double for it.

I bought a pair of shoes in Primark today £12.

Made in Madrid.

Pair of Reebok trainers in Sports world £35.

Made in Korea.

Anyhow,Lymington's hardly Henley on Thames is it?Just cos it has a few yachts in the harbour thinks it's ruddy St. Tropez

I've never shopped in Primark (I buy my clothes from M&S mostly) and I've only ever bought one thing (an oven) in Argos. But I often shop at Wilkinsons.
The people of Lymington are lucky that Premus went bust. Premus sold stuff like enormous bags of stuck-together sweeties and CDs of Showaddywaddy tribute bands.

I've got something to share with the group today.

I bought a jumper, and carried it home in a big brown Penneys' (i.e.Irish Primark) bag.

Oh....but no, dears, don't be thinking I purchased said garment in Primark - not at all!

The label said 'Zara' actually, and it was made in Spain.

But I bought it in Oxfam!
