Ok I apologise if this is a bit heavy but I donated blood for the first time yesterday in response to a 6 year old girl called Alisa Hussain who was in my local paper who desperately needs a bone marrow transplant. If any adults (if you're Asian that's even better) can do so i'd really urge you to give it a go. How would you feel if you saved a childs life? Isn't that worth a little bruise on your arm?
