hmm.
Thursday October 27'th 2005.
Here in the south of England today, it was warm. Not just 'mild', but warm. Warm enough for no shirt sleeves..and for those brave enough...shorts. 70f is simply 'crazy' temps for the very end of October.
---
However...across the Atlantic...due south of the USA we now have yet another one. Beta.
Beta will probably become a cane' by tomorrow night, and then its yet another 'here we go again'. Its a teeny storm right now, however...despite what many say 'ohh its too late in the season, sea temps are too low', Beta might develop into something major.
How many more storms might yet occur this year ?
Well, to the east of Beta are two 'disturbances'. Right now they look likely to be 'Gamma'...followed by 'Delta'.
For the Floridians whining about no food/water/gas (they were warned to stock up), if they can avoid any more storms...they should count themselves lucky.
