Two business class air passengers have been arrested following claims they flew into a drunken rage after being caught having sex on a plane, it has emerged.

The British Airways jet with about 200 people on board was forced to make an unscheduled stop in Bermuda after the incident on Monday, the airline said.

Sussex Police said the couple, from Bedfordshire, were arrested yesterday when they were taken back to Gatwick Airport.
