A five-year-old girl whose home was set on fire by two intruders has died in hospital, said police.

West Midlands Police said the child had passed away at Birmingham Children's Hospital and that her death was being treated as murder.

The girl's mother and four other children were also taken to hospital after the blaze in Bayswater Road, Perry Barr, Birmingham, late on Friday.
