Police are hunting for a gang of girls who attacked a group of French students in Plymouth.
Six girls aged between 15 and 20 carried out what police described as an "unprovoked attack" in the centre of the city yesterday evening.
Two 15-year-old female French students suffered minor injuries in the attack.
Their male teacher, 39, also suffered facial injuries.
Devon and Cornwall police said the students had returned to France, where they would give more information to police.
