But Marketing magazine found that doesn't necessarily add up to sales. It said: "Consumers' feelings of warmth, nostalgia and even patriotism for some brands will not stop them buying rivals if they offer better value or convenience."

Pot Noodles are the grim dregs at the bottom of the food chain but their new adverts down the mines are really really funny

A generation of children grow up thinking Pot Noodles come from mines in Wales :roll:

My kids actually loathe junk food unlike me.The pot noodle was closely followed by a sausage roll ::lol::

I have never had a pot noodle in my life. I consider them to be Rushden and Diamonds of the food world.
