Opera star has brain tumour removed Quote: British opera star Russell Watson is recovering after an emergency operation for a brain tumour.
The 39-year-old had a three-inch growth removed during a five-hour procedure. The singer was rushed to St George's Hospital in south London earlier this week. Before the operation, Watson had been complaining of headaches while recording his new album in Los Angeles. Watson, also known as The Voice, is expected to be well enough to sing on his UK tour in November. ITV.com |

Goodness - that must have been a very scary time for him. I hope he makes a full recovery. |

Don't get me started.
Though, of course, I hope he's on the way to recovery, and is feeling better. |

C'mon: Our baby-sitter had a benign brain-tumor, too, and it was operated this year and she has recovered well. These things happens for common people too, but they don't put them on Headlines like Celebs do. It's sad enough that that kind of things happens to anyone at all. |

What do you mean CT? (re: don't get me started) Mari A my dad has had a benign tumour on his brain for years now and they haven't removed it. It just gets checked every year for any change. I know what you mean. |
