NEW YORK, April 7 A 13-year-old girl was arrested after writing the word "OKAY" on her desk at Dyker Heights Intermediate junior high school in New York.

Chelsea Friseur and three other eighth graders from the school were taken out in handcuffs by police for doodling on desks and plastering classroom walls with stickers, The New York Post reported.
