Woman Used Bed Hundreds Of Times
A 29-year-old mother-of-two who used a sunbed twice a day for seven years has died of skin cancer.
Zita Farrelly, of Salford, Greater Manchester, first used sunbeds when she was 14 but stopped aged 21 when she saw health warnings about over-use.
However, she found a mole on her leg last year and was diagnosed with melanoma.
Doctors told her the cancer was caused by too much time spent on sunbeds.
She was treated at the Christie cancer hospital in Manchester but specialists were unable to save her.
