How idiotic is Terence Kealey? I do hope he gets disciplined by his university for his insulting remarks.
I remember one university I went to visit with my daughter when she was trying to decide what universities she would apply to last year.
She was a hit with the male staff doing the interviews and I watched with
as they openly flirted with her. 
She liked the university and they were offering a large cash incentive to three A level applicants - I talked her out of applying and if she was at the university of the sexist Terence Kealey's I would be making my feelings towards him very clear.
